By accessing or using Envest (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to financial institutions, analysts, and enterprise clients.
Envest provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that aggregates, analyzes, and delivers insights from public and proprietary data sources. The Platform is provided on an as-is basis, subject to the limitations and disclaimers outlined herein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or violating applicable laws.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Platform. Envest will not share your proprietary research or institutional data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Envest provides analytical tools and insights for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or legal counsel. Envest shall not be liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform outputs. In no event shall Envest's liability exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate access to the Platform in accordance with your enterprise agreement. Envest reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be returned or deleted per your agreement.
